Matthew A. Tavrides

EDUCATION:
Mr. Tavrides received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York; Juris Doctorate from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Georgia; and is a graduate of The Esperti-Peterson Institute program in Advanced Studies for Wealth Strategies Planning. He is also trained in Interdisciplinary Collaborative Law pursuant to standards set by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Tavrides is a veteran of the United States Army and served as a Captain in the Field Artillery. He has practiced law in Central Florida since 1990 and concentrates exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Succession and Wealth Preservation Strategies. Mr. Tavrides is recognized for the highest level of legal ability, and very high adherence to the professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence in The 2008 Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, 92nd Edition earned through a strenuous Peer Review Rating process.

MEMBER:
Mr. Tavrides is admitted to practice law in Florida, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. and before the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of The District of Columbia Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar and the American Bar Associations. He is a member WealthCounsel, The Advisors Forum, the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, the Planned Giving Council of Central Florida, the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, and a former Charter Member and Contributing Fellow of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.
